Repository of External Modules

The REDCap Repo is a centralized repository of curated External Modules that can be downloaded and installed in REDCap by a REDCap administrator. External Modules are add-on packages of software that can extend REDCap's current functionality, as well as provide customizations and enhancements for REDCap's existing behavior and appearance, either at the system level or project level. The modules provided here were created and submitted by software developers at various REDCap institutions around the world.

If you have created a module and wish to submit it to be listed in the REDCap Repo, please complete the Module Submission Survey. Updated versions must also be submitted via the survey. To learn more about the REDCap Repo module review process, you may download the Module Review Guidelines (PDF).

You may search below for available modules. If you got to this site directly, you will be able to view information about each module, but you will not be able to download modules from this page unless you arrived here from the REDCap application and are a REDCap administrator. If you have questions or are experiencing issues, please contact redcap@vumc.org.

Description: Application that facilitates the creation of Adverse Event (AE) reports aiming to create the Clinical-Trails.gov (CT) AE template. It also creates a generalized IRB AE template, as well as an FDA AE Template. The application allows for two modes of operation: 1) it can connect and load data from an existing REDCap project , 2) it can act as an additional REDCap project that collects AE data. In both cases it provides means for aggregating the project's adverse event data, and thus creating the mentioned AE reports. Its goal is to eliminate aggregation steps, minimize redundant steps, and successfully create the CT AE template.

• Customize the appearance and functionality of External Modules listed in the REDCap Repo, to address the internal needs of user's organization or institution.
• Permit REDCap end-users to use the External Modules listed in the REDCap Repo, once they have been downloaded to and enabled in your REDCap installation.

You may NOT:
• Charge others for access to or use of the External Modules indexed in the REDCap Repo.
• Modify and/or remove any copyright notices or labels on the External Modules or in any header of a script source file, for all External Modules listed in the REDCap Repo.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE REDCAP REPO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE EXTERNAL MODULES IS BORNE BY YOU. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU AND NOT VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY REMEDIATION. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Vanderbilt University requires agreement to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement as a condition precedent to use of the REDCap Repo. No license is granted unless and until potential licensees have agreed to these terms.

TITLE
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the REDCap Repo shall remain with Vanderbilt University. The REDCap Repo is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries and by copyright treaties, among other laws.

COPIES, NOTICES, AND CREDITS
All copies of the REDCap Repo made by Licensee shall include the copyright notice (as specified below) and other notices and credits in the REDCap Repo. Such notices may not be deleted or changed by Licensee.

TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the REDCap Repo within 48 hours of such termination. Vanderbilt University reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason upon 30 days advanced written notice to you.

MISCELLANEOUS
Vanderbilt University reserves the right to publish a selected list of users of the REDCap Repo. Vanderbilt University reserves the right to change the terms of this License Agreement at any time upon 30 days advanced written notice to you. Failure to receive notification of a change of this License Agreement does not invalidate those changes and those changes shall remain or become effective. This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of the Tennessee, except where prohibited by law, and may not be transferred or assigned by you. No technical support will be provided.
